Warren Hellman Tribute Concert

Organizers will pay tribute to the late financier and Hardly Strictly Bluegrass festival founder Warren Hellman in a big way on Feb. 19, shutting down a portion of San Francisco's Great Highway for a free concert featuring such A-list acts as Emmylou Harris, Steve Earle and Boz Scaggs.  Full article.
