Sean O’Toole, executive chef at Bardessono Restaurant in Yountville, will team up with musician and vintner Boz Scaggs for a winemaker dinner July 15.
O’Toole’s fresh-from-the-garden menu will be paired with Scaggs Vineyard wines, a grenache rosé and a Rhone-style red blend that will be poured along with a Provençal rosé and a Chateauneuf de Pape, which provided Scagg’s inspiration for winemaking.
Boz and Dominique Skagg’s organic Mt. Veeder vineyard is planted to traditional Rhone varietals: grenache, morvedre, syrah and counoise.
